From employed to all-in entrepreneur
For over 12 years, I worked in property, learning the market from every angle. I saw the gaps: international investors struggling to find reliable UK opportunities, landlords needing better management, and companies searching for quality corporate accommodation.
In March 2024, I made the decision that changed everything — I left my job and went all-in on property entrepreneurship. Since then I've built two companies: Griffin & Co Acquisitions, sourcing high-yield UK properties for international investors, and Griffin & Co Stays, managing corporate accommodation at 80%+ occupancy.
I've spoken internationally in three countries, been featured on multiple business podcasts, and built relationships with investors and professionals across the globe.
